SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. When completing your order, you will be asked to check a box stating that you understand that there is a 3–5-day processing time. We try to get orders processed the day it comes in. But due to the COVID virus. Things like supply and delivery issues has slowed things down some. Things are getting better. But we have had the USPS tell us that late deliveries could be out as much as 30 days. We have found UPS is the most reliable and on time with less damaged to shipments. But we ship with UPS and USPS. This choice is left to your customer.

Please understand that the days shown for order processing is only an estimate. (3–5-day processing time) Not including weekends or holidays.

So, if we are shipping your 2 Day Air on a Friday. You should receive it on the next Tuesday. They do not count weekends or holidays. So, if it shipped on Friday. The Monday is counted as day 1 and Tuesday is day 2 the delivery day.

If we are shipping 1-Next Day Air on a Friday, then you would receive it on the next Monday.

Remember with all orders the 3–5-day processing time may be added to the ship time you choose. We will try to get this type of shipping out as fast as we can.

If the order is time sensitive, I would put in Notes or Memos on your order. The information that you would like to say. And then I would follow with a email to info@tongs.com with your order number and the needs you have. And call 816-537-4444 to express your Urgency. Remember we try to get all orders out the day it comes in if possible.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, should give you estimate delivery dates based upon the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. Please make sure all your information in your order. Billing and shipping address is correct. If the information is not correct and is shipped to the wrong address that you have entered on your order. You will be charged to pay the additional shipping cost to get to the correct address.

International Orders

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Contact us at info@tongs.com

Shipping international can be expensive. The shipping cost is the only charge that we are charging on the international order. Any other charges due for you to receive the shipment in your country. You would be responsible for it when it arrives. Such as Duties, Taxes or any other charges that your country may charge. If order is refused shipping charges coming and going will be deducted from payment. Please accept order. So, there is no problem.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

In case the following conditions are not met, Tongs.com reserves the right to charge 15-50% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase.
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
  • The original manufacturer’s packaging must not be damaged.
  • Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
  • Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.

Before returning package, you need to contact Tongs.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use the phone number listed 816-537-4444 or e-mail info@tongs.com.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
